The Groves:
Fir Grove houses our kinders, first & second grade. Students in grades 3, 4 & 5 attend Oak Grove. The Groves are "One school at two sites." We share Mr. Grimmius/Principal, Parent Teachers Club, Site Council and our wonderful families. Keep checking as we continue to update our site. Attendance Policy:
Please check the school information link to find out more about all our policies. It is important for students to attend school on a regular basis. Please help your child arrive on time and to be at school on scheduled school days.
Parent Club:
Provides enriching experiences for pupils, including field trips, assemblies and an Artist program. Thank you for all you do in helping to make The Groves a better experience for all of our students.
Site Council:
Parents work with school staff to coordinate staff development and school activities. Meeting dates are posted on the school calendar.
Volunteering:
If you would like to volunteer at The Groves, check in the school office to make sure you have turned in/cleared a volunteer background check for the 2006-2007 school year. Classroom teachers, as well as music, library, and Parent Club activities are some of the ways our wonderful volunteers help at both Fir & Oak Grove.
